For over half a century, Bonded Electric Construction has been a part of Los Angeles' construction industry.

Started by Harold Jay (left) in 1949, the firm is now headed by Harold's son, Ron Jay (right), who took over in 1983, and stays true to its old-fashioned work ethic.

Bonded Electric Construction, Inc. is a family owned business which has grown to include a "working family" of conscientious, efficient, hard-working people who produce a product to be proud of. We have six superintendents in charge of almost 50 excellent electricians and workers. Our efficience has earned us accolades from Los Angeles Magazine in their 1998 "Best of LA" issue (we were named "Best Electrician" in the city) and similar attention in LA Weekly. This was especially gratifying because all of our work comes from word of mouth referrals. We have never advertised.

President Ron Jay still finds time to surf nearly every morning at 5am (left) before he begins his day. Because of his surfing past, he was recently featured in the film "Dog Town and the Z Boyz."
